    Does Sparrow Collections ship internationally?

    Sparrowcollections.com ships internationally to to all major countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary from country to country.

    I received the wrong product or my product arrived damaged. Can I return it?

    If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and a photo if possible. An Sparrow team member will help you out!

    Can I order items to multiple addresses?

    Yes, one account can place multiple orders to multiple destinations.

    What is your shipping policy?

    All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding National holidays. Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days. Estimated Transit times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

    At this time we do not offer express shipping.

    What Payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Paypal, Credit card and Debit card

    Can the shipping and billing addresses be different?

    Yes. Both addresses can be different. 

    Do you accept Returns?

    We do not accept any returns unless a defected or wrong product has been shipped, if this is the case please email us at [email protected] For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    What if an item is unavailable?

    We update our inventory regularly, increasing the chance that the product will be back in stock soon.You can sign up for out newsletter for more details

    Can I request an invoice for my order?

    The invoice is auto-generated and emailed to the customer once the order is confirmed
